- Responsible for promoting, demonstrating, testing, and implementing new products or technologies in real-world situations.
- Writing reports about findings, conclusions, or recommendations based on research.
- Conducting research in support of new products or processes, such as identifying problems with a product and proposing solutions for improvement.
- Consulting with clients about the correct way to use Real Time PCR Kits to minimize errors and the environment.
- Conducting continuous research on Shrimp Diseases to develop new diagnostic related products that are effective and friendly to use in the market.
- Identifying every single Shrimp Diseases to determine the best disease prevention methods.
- Training laboratory technicians, shrimp farmers, and any other kind of users on the right application of Real Time PCR Test Kits.
- Providing technical support to laboratory technicians who are conducting PCR practices in the field.
- Working with scientists in research labs to develop new products and test their effectiveness in the field.
- Conducting field tests of experimental products or techniques to assess their potential impact on shrimp farm’s production performance and the environment.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree on Biology, or any other related field.
- At least 1 year experience as Lab Technician or Lab Analyst. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to make good decision and adapt well in dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in English.
- Able to operate Ms. Office and Google Suite.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent problem solving and presentation skills.
- Fast learner with a passion for commercializing aquaculture product.
