Key job responsibilities:
- Directly report to the CEO
- Setting sales targets that cover the export market, especially the US and Europe.
- Collecting market research and customer feedback and identifying problems/patterns
- Dealing with major customer accounts
- Developing sales strategies and operations
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, or a commercial discipline from a reputable university
- Minimum 15 years of experience in textile or garment companies
- Strong knowledge of the Europe and US market
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory
- Influencing and networking skills
- Strong strategic purchasing and negotiations skills are required
- Track record of business development
- Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
