To Deliver and implement skills and materials based on the training needs of store personnel, in order to equip them to deliver expected service standards, in support of retail KPIs, particularly conversion
Accountabilities
Primary
- Adapt global/regional materials for Retail Training based on local market needs
- Create and implement local training calendar based on approved plans
- Continuously assess training needs at a per store level, in support of Retail KPI achievement, focusing on Conversion
- Provide insights on key motivators of store personnel and recommend corresponding actions to keep store teams engaged
- Support Retail Operations and HR in driving key initiatives across store teams
- Lead in embedding adidas Values and Culture across store personnel
- Support Franchise training to ensure a seamless consumer experience across all Monobrand doors
- Support low-performing stores through on-site coaching (sales floor)
- Support Wholesale via Train the Trainer
Functional: Minimum 3-5 years in Retail Training or Operations
Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
