- Manage all activities related to civil / structural construction works from beginning to the end including planning, inspection, and completion
- Monitor on-Site progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Work with contractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team
- Ensure the contractors quality of works complies with the owner's standards and the requirements of the contract documents including the specification and shop drawings
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 6 (six) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with experience in luxury residential or hospitality construction projects
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Familiar with construction and project management software programs
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
- Fluent in English
