We are looking for Operation and Maintenance Manager. This position location is in Nabire, Papua.
What will you be doing:
- Planning, Leading, Organizing and Control of Operations Dept standard operating procedures, guidelines and policies in compliance with manufacturer's and regulatory standards.
- Implementation of the Annual Operating Plan & Production Schedules.
- Close coordination with Maintenance Dept.
- Close coordination with Customer on Production, load demand schedules and fuel & lube oil management.
- Preparation of Operations Management reports and Monthly Energy Billing.
- Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Follow-up and optimise the operational cost of the plant.
- Identify and actively seek to improve operational availability and reliability of the plant.
- Prepare operation plan and budget as instructed by Contract Manager.
- Ensure competent resources and competence development of the operation resources and/or assigned team.
- Ensure that the condition of the plant and equipment are according to applicable guidelines and policies and take corrective actions when needed.
- Identify and actively seek to improve operational reliability and availability of the plant.
- Develop efficient Maintenance standards, procedures, working instructions, process, guidelines and policies.
- Training & development of Maintenance personnel
- Develop a sustainable safety culture and OpEx driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree with 5 - 10 years working experience in related field
- 10 years working experience in Power Plant Industry
- Willing to be stationed at Nabire, Papua.
