- Purchases supplies, materials, and parts for the company.
- Research potential vendors and release PO accordingly
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Enter and manage order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Develops and maintains inventory databases for supplies and materials used.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Preferable Major
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with good track record
- Have exposure to contracts bench marking
- Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
