- Activities of the role are centralised on resource planning and work control, budget management, change management and quality control
- Establishing project management standards as well as the stages of the project work process
- Provide support for project work plan management, tracking project plans, budgets, quality standards, deliverable, and dependencies.
- Reporting on project milestones (via metrics) and project financial management
- Internal and external meeting facilitators
- Maintain transparency of each project to help companies make effective decisions
- Assist management and project managers to create analytically studies and other administrative assistance
- Help streamline the flow of information and communication in project work
- Track the progress of each project to ensure the company completes it within a predetermined budget, resources, and schedule
- Choosing and prioritising projects to be carried out based on corporate strategy and company goals
- Facilitating the project team to streamline the work process and providing mentoring and coaching around project work
- Arranging documentation of project work
- Set up project resource management
- Bachelor's in Forest Management or relevant major
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting corporate/ project management
- Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Have a strong organisational planning and be able to see the overall picture of the project
- Focus on detail, have logical reasoning and error less delivery
- Proactive, fast learner with quick adaptability
- Having the ability to work both independently and as a team player and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment relies on managing project schedules and schedules simultaneously.
- Have the ability to communicate well and work productively with internal and external individuals.
- Have a strong work ethic, professionalism with the ability to work with little supervision, handle multiple tasks in an organised manner, produce quality work and meet tight deadlines, good analytic, conflict resolution, good decision-making skills.
