Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible to kickstart the HR department, both its operational and strategic practices. You will partner directly with the CEO to revamp key HR practices and advise senior leaders on matters such as:
  • Initiating performance management metrics to identify employees' areas to develop
  • Engage in training needs analysis to address skill gaps
  • Maintain HR budgeting activities and reviewing annual manpower needs
  • Review recruitment practice and identify potential challenges to create seamless candidate experience
  • Proactively research market compensation and identify ways to create competitiveness relative to market
Strongly-backed luxury hospital|Authority to establish HR operations and strategic practices

We are looking for well-rounded HR professional with 8+ years of experience who has a track-record of working within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries. You are expected to be a strong communicator with high proactiveness to provide the senior leadership team with your insightful advise and expertise.

Ideally, you are used to dealing with medical personnels and are highly familiar with related manpower regulations and dynamics of the industry.
