Job Description:
- Primarily responsible for managing and overseeing the company security and safety functions for Company’s employees and asset
- Will be managing approximately 20 factories all across Indonesia (National)
- Oversee strategic planning, organizing, communications and interface with management, employees, law enforcement, and regulatory offices
- Management and budgeting of the security department
- Training for employee
- At least Bachelor's degree (Criminology or other fields)
- About 7-12 years of experience in Security for FMCG or Manufacture Company
- Experience in Security Management, Investigation, and Risk Management will be prefered
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
