Join a team that is responsible for monitoring and preparing monthly cash forecast, Preparing and coordinating the statutory filing and generating monthly reconcilliations. You will assist the Entity Controller to provide any response to audit queries or queries from the Government. You will be required to coordinate with the local finance teams for Corporate and Inernal audit or statutory audit in the entity. You are required to adhere to the local accounting policies and help keep accurate books of accounts. You will be required to participate in projects and other Continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Foreign exchange exposure report
- Prepare Monthly Tax reporting (WHT and VAT) and Payment process to Bank
- Prepare monthly reconciliation and JV related to Tax
- Assist Country controller to provide response for any inquiry needed from Local Regulatory (Tax, Bank Indonesia, BKPM, etc)
- Assist Country controller to provide support for Local statutory reporting
- Do Statutory Filling as required by Local Regulation
- Coordinate with Local team and SBU for Corporate or Internal Audit conducted in the Entity
- Coordinate with local team and SBU for Local Tax Audit, Statutory in the Entity
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Required skill : tax computations, basic accounting, Able to use excel spreadsheet with medium to advance skill, SAP knowledge is preferable.
