- managing the local team's everyday life:
- helping the team in building their work processes
- facilitating team meetings
- managing the resourcing of the team
- monitoring team dynamics and health
- supporting team communication with clients
- following our engineers through the whole engineering lifecycle:
- selecting the right people
- onboarding them into the company
- being there for/with them (one-on-ones, team buildings, company events)
- monitoring performance and collecting feedback constantly
- doing performance evaluations regularly
- helping to define goals for them
- monitoring their satisfaction
- coaching engineers towards professional and personal growth and how to optimize workplace productivity
- cooperating with Project Managers and Architects on career development and project delivery
- cooperating with the People Leader community in the company on introducing better engineer lifecycle practices
- helping to maintain a positive company culture
- outstanding communication skills in English and Bahasa
- 3 years experience in IT engineering team management
- a wide network in cloud engineering
- international experience
- experience in building a team from scratch
- knowledge of motivational tools, goal setting, and communication practices
- able to provide detailed feedback to direct reports on performance and development areas
- able to handle impersonal and personal conflicts
- able to support others to learn from mistakes and support wellbeing
- practice in organizing and delivering trainings and workshops
- coaching or mentoring experience
- technical background
