Job Qualification:
- Minimum S1 Engineering (Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering) from reputable university
- Have strong understanding in Production System, Strategic Planning, Inventory management and Exim
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skill, Detailed and accurate in working, Strong Leadership in organization and management time
- Plans production schedules and control manufacturing activities through capacity planning;
- Do costing of new and existing items;
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure that jobs are being produced according to schedule;
- Manage all PPIC Staff who will ensure that the schedule made will be followed by the production team;
- Evaluate data from the Production and Sales Ledger to ensure that planned output was achieved. For deviations from plan, must be able to create a new plan to satisfy sales requirements;
- Ensure proper allocation of raw materials and consumable items;
- Manage the Raw Material and Finished Goods warehouses in assigned location;
- Inventory control, monitoring stock, and supply;
