- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Min. Diploma (D3) in Accounting.
- Min. 5 years experience as Project Accountant in EPC projects (including experience in Wastewater Treatment Plant projects).
- Willing to work at Project site at Jakarta Utara.
- Willing to work from Monday - Saturday, following project schedule.
- MUST be fluent in English, especially communicating in English.
- Preferably has experience as Project Accounting under the Joint Operation.
- Extensive knowledge in Indonesian Tax Regulations.
- Familiar with Taxation Procedure (Tax Filing, Tax Return, Tax Payment).
- Experienced in using Accurate Accounting System.
Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for maintaining the general ledger system and preparing monthly financial statements.
- Include preparing and reviewing appropriate ledger entry reconciliations.
- Preparing & Monitoring Project Cash Flow.
- Manage the daily activities of the financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) and ensuring that all major company, month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Assist in accounting system transformation.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting (SAK/GAAP); external & internal audit and tax compliance.
- Develop comparison report budget vs actual and oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
- Develop and manage company inventory report.
- Preparing tax related document to be submitted to Tax Consultant for month & yearly tax filing purpose.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
