- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Have experience as a Project Manager in application development/software development for at least 5 years
- Involved in at least 5 full cycle projects either waterfall or agile method
- Good communication in english both oral and written
- Mastering the Microsoft Project application or similar
- Have knowledge of programming concepts OOP, MVC, API, Microservices
- Have knowledge of database (SQL Server or Oracle or similar)
- Have good presentation skills, make decisions quickly and accurately, and good persuasive skills
- Assisting with pre-sales - Leading an application development team comprised of a System Analyst, Programmer, QA, and Technical Writer
- Closely collaborate with all project stakeholders (internal & external)
- Create proposals and project schedules
- Prepare a preliminary project report
- Monitor work with the development team and users on a daily and weekly basis
- Conduct risk management
