- Communication with vendors and business counter-parts for order execution
- Execute based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand
- Problem shooting both remote and on site, mitigation and escalation
- Manage production delivery against the plan
- WIP management both remote and on site
- Manage time line from order placement to bulk shipment
- Ensure garment/product integrity, style and product execution
- Compile various reports
- Assist supervisor to deliver on KPIs
- University/Engineering degree with 5 years of related work experience; or post-secondary degree with minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience in apparel, material or technical background
- Should have experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
- Solid product knowledge in Apparels. Material or technical background preferred
- Should have experience in manufacturing environment or similar previous working experience preferred
- Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverable
- Able to communicate effectively across the team and organisation; effectively works at long distances
- Proficient communication in English and local language, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical thinking
