Position: Full-time Outreach Interns
Length: 4 months

We are looking for highly motivated interns who are ready to be part of an award-winning team working on the Best App for Good 2021 by Google Play Indonesia! As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.
This is a full time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others-you'll be in the mix right from the start. We are also a full remote company so please feel free to apply no matter where you are located. Competitive compensation provided as well.

Outreach Intern
Reach, onboard and support our social campaign organizers from all across the country. Organizers can be communities, organizations, schools or even individuals. Looking for interns who are passionate about social issues and excited to reach new people to start campaigns on our app. Works closely with our program, communication and sponsorship teams to support our organizers and sponsors.
Job Description
- Collaboration with Outreach Managers and SPV within Outreach Team Campaign to building a variety of activities to reach more social organizers in Indonesia
- Develop, plan, and execute short-term and long-term Outreach activities to increase and reach out more Organizers in Indonesia to unlock collaborations with Campaign.com
- Support dan coordinate with Outreach team members in terms of increasing reach dan onboard Organizers at Campaign.com especially from Outreach activities
- Help and support Organizers to launching Challenge and Social Campaign on Campaign #ForChange Apps
- Build and develop Data Tracking Organizers already working with Campaign.com
- Build and have a good relationship with Organizers
- Coordinate and work closely with the Program Team, Sponsorship Team, Communication Team, & other Campaign.com teams for planning Online Course #ForChange Campaign.com and other Outreach activities
- Respond to outreach-related tasks as needed as part of Engagement Team
- Students for at least on semester 5 or above are prioritized, with the consideration that they have received basic lecture material in accordance with the majors applied for
- Fresh graduates/university students welcomed
- Students can convert credits for at least 15 credits
- Willing to work & study in a fast paced work environment
- Have a good communication skills, both written or spoken
- Have an interest in projects and social movements, especially the social issues that the Campaign focuses on (Equality, Education, Environment, Health)
- Proactive & Creative in finding a solution or solving a case
- Strong passion in social world and supported by research expertise and proficient in data management and able to generate creative ideas for the Development of Outreach Campaign.com activities and project
- Have a good communication skills, both written or spoken
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa & English
- Able to handle both creative and analytical aspects of the role
- Proficient in remote working tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspaces
- Familiarity of Event and Project Management, Curriculum Management, Data Management, and Email Marketing is a plus
- Positive thinking and problem solving skills
- Have a growth mindset
- Able to work independently or in groups
- Willing to work remotely (online) so this internship opportunity is open for those who lives outside JABODETABEK
- Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission
