Job Description :
  • Handle recruitment process; including screening CV, shortlisting candidates, managing psychological tests, test scoring, and making candidates' summary
  • Prepare CV and correspondence to be forwarded to client regarding of suitable applicants
  • Arrange interview with client by coordinating schedule and follow up candidates during the recruitment process
  • Maintain candidate database, including inputting data to system
Requirements :
  • Age between 22 – 25 years old
  • Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
  • Fluent in English(oral and written)
  • Ability to work well under target
  • Strong communication skill and able to work well in team
  • Able to join immediately
  • Willing to work in Jakarta area
