Job Description :
- Handle recruitment process; including screening CV, shortlisting candidates, managing psychological tests, test scoring, and making candidates' summary
- Prepare CV and correspondence to be forwarded to client regarding of suitable applicants
- Arrange interview with client by coordinating schedule and follow up candidates during the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database, including inputting data to system
- Age between 22 – 25 years old
- Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology.
- Fluent in English(oral and written)
- Ability to work well under target
- Strong communication skill and able to work well in team
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to work in Jakarta area
