Job Description

The Area Sales Manager will be based in Sumatra but overseeing both the Sumatra and Kalimantan region. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Designing and implementing sales plan and strategies to reach sales target
  • Responsible for all sales cycle, following up with existing and new clients, collaborate with distributors
  • Planning and implementing sales strategies, manage trade expenditures for assigned key customers to maximise business opportunities and product presentation as well as promoting the sales and profit growth
  • Directing the team
  • Developing strong relationship with stakeholders

  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or related field
  • Minimum of 9 years working experience preferably in the Agrochem sector - handling either crop protection/seeds
  • Good oral and written skills in English
  • Strong network and knowledge within the Agrochem sector

  • Good interpersonal skills
