- Designing and implementing sales plan and strategies to reach sales target
- Responsible for all sales cycle, following up with existing and new clients, collaborate with distributors
- Planning and implementing sales strategies, manage trade expenditures for assigned key customers to maximise business opportunities and product presentation as well as promoting the sales and profit growth
- Directing the team
- Developing strong relationship with stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 9 years working experience preferably in the Agrochem sector - handling either crop protection/seeds
- Good oral and written skills in English
- Strong network and knowledge within the Agrochem sector
