- Assist in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds for our organization
- Research and develop fundraising opportunities, including single events and detailed campaigns
- Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities
- Analyzing valuation and returns
- Contact and build relationships with prospective donors
- Oversight of transaction due diligence
- Set financial targets forfundraising activities, and create strategies for reaching them
- Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements
- Collaborate with senior leadership and prioritize departmental activities to meet organizational goals
This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong finance background and a solid understanding of corporate finance including financial modelling, investment & fundraising. - Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA degree would be highly preferable
- Over 5 years experience of both PE/VC/IB and real sector experience
- Have had experience in dealing with investors directly and/or handled deals projects directly and successfully delivered
- Have vast network within capital market
- Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
- High level of ethics and integrity
