About the Company:
Our client is a well known e-commerce and one of the largest player in South East Asia. They are currently looking for a Pharmacist and Regulatory Manager for the healthcare category.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing healthcare products that is sold on the platform following healthcare supply, distribution and regulations in Indonesia
- Being a partner with KAM and Pharmacies sellers to ensure all products have distribution permit
- Monitoring all products sold have the right information on PDP
- Ensuring pharmacies partner have an official permit (SIA/SIPA) during onboarding process
- Monitoring & evaluating sales transactions comply in health category
- Collaborate with other functions in representing Lazada to engage with BPOM and Kemenkes
- Regularly monitoring the risk and mitigation on product and seller related information in the platform
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and candidate must possess the Pharmacist Profession (Apoteker)
- Having an active Serkom Apoteker, STRA (Sertifikat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) and SIPA (Surat Izin Praktek Apoteker) is a must
- Fully dedicated to work as pharmacist under Lazada.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experiences as a Pharmacist
- Proven experience liaising with BPOM, IAI and Kemenkes as well as the health technology sector eg. PSEF
- Deeply understanding of related accreditation and certification requirements
- Having knowledge of policies and regulations related to OTC and pharmaceutical drugs in Indonesia
- Having strong communication, organizational and analytical skill
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills with internal/external customers
