Tobacco Application & Compounder in Indonesia - Your future position?
Being a Tobacco Application & Compounder in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour indus-try, you will follow established procedures and guidelines to prepare tobacco flavour samples and take part in to-bacco flavor evaluations, in order support effective application process, according to business goals and EH&S. You will report directly to Senior Flavourist and located at Depok Office.
In this role you will:
- Prepare flavour samples as requested for customer briefs, applications needs, technology performance as-sessment, QC standards, physical testing, etc.
- Act as the main point of contact to provide timely flavour samples for other labs and functions within Givaudan
- Maintain all required formula records and brief documentation in company database software (Lab Note-book, OpenText Athena, Atlas, Lot Number records, etc.)
- Maintain organized and updated stock of raw materials in the lab
- Maintain organized collection of flavours in the lab for immediate response to briefs and applications re-quests
- Participate in the evaluation of raw materials (including experimental ingredients), new technology, and flavours in tobacco and provide flavour performance feedback
- Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EH&S guidelines and good labora-tory practices

Your professional profile includes:
- Polytechnic or Bachelor's Degree majoring in Food Technology or Chemistry
- 2 years of experience in a food applications lab, production or related area. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in using common PC applications
- Ability to follow flavour formulations and to compound flavours with speed and accuracy
- Basic ability to prepare flavour delivery systems and assist with product evaluations and sensory tests
- Ability to organize a flavour lab efficiently and keep raw materials and flavour collections up to date
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus
