Main Responsibilities
- Support sales team to achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area.
- Develop training programs and modules for education to sales team, distributor’s sales force and customers.
- Implement training programs to sales team, distributor’s sales force and customers.
- Develop strategy on conversion plan of hospital, offer value added service of clinical team ability to help hospital process.
- Work with training department of key customer on regular bases as BD differentiation.
- Improve training material to support customer based on “Best Practice”.
- Update on clinical process at the hospital, based on hospital benchmark.
- Feedback on competitor product feature and benefit compare to BD F&B.
- Develop collaboration programs with professional institutions.
