About the Role
This position is based in Bali Plant reporting to Human Resources Function Head/ Supply Chain Function Head/ Corporate Relation Function Head
As a 2023 intern, you will get first-hand experience with our work, our people, our values, and our culture. Interns are given real responsibilities and challenges with projects that have an immediate impact on the business. Throughout the program, you are given multiple opportunities to interact with senior management through both their project work as well as informative and cultural events. All interns receive individual mentoring and training from their immediate manager, and the opportunity to show results. You are expected to perform to our high standards and are given the same kind of performance feedback we give our full-time employees.
During the 3 months of internship program, you will be asked to immerse yourself in one of our key organizational business units and develop initiatives and business plan proposal that will get us a step closer in achieving our ambition.
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:
- A final year student currently enrolled in university and aged 21+ years old
- Possess Leadership skill, with a particular focus on entrepreneurial and inspirational problem solvers
- A Creative and Critical thinker
- Able to work autonomously in data analysis, synthesis, and interpretation, and work with multiple staholders
- Strong in communication, presentation and Relationship building skill in Bahasa Indonesia and in English
- HR: Psychology, Business Administration/ Economy, Social Sciences and Industrial Engineering, Supply:
- Engineering, preferably on Food Technology, Industrial, Chemical, and Electrical and Mechanical,
- CR: International relation, Public and Policy Administration, and Business Administration
