What you’ll do:
- Research and gather requirements to understand our partners’ and customers’ needs, define learning objectives, and gain insight into how we can improve training strategy/ resources.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote and drive new initiatives.
- Manage the tools, processes, and people to coordinate the logistical details and run key programs.
- Use learning development processes to develop storyboards for Prototypes/Pilots.
- Provide guidance to other teams on systems and processes for developing and delivering enablement.
- Develop reports on key measures of success for programs under your supervision and build recommendations based on performance.
- 3+ years program management experience
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive without waiting for direction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with learning authoring tools, learning management systems, gamification, and blended learning
- Experience managing external training programs and strategy
- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
- Superior organization and project management skills
