- Handle daily operation for all marketplace transaction (Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee, etc)
- Maintain product catalog in all marketplace channel including new products Set up, Listing, Stock Level, and Logistic requirement by weight or dimensional
- Serving all products sales through all marketplace accounts
- Working together with social media platform and marketplace for all marketing activity
- Reporting online sales database
- Doing Online Customer Relationship Management (includes administration, databases, pricing and managing customer complaints)
- Coordinating sold goods delivery with all branches and ensure sold good to be delivered on time and upload the provided tracking
- Doing Stock Opname
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is a plus.
