- Build financial models using historical data and provide forecasts to aid in decision making
- Valuations and strategic planning
- IPO preparation, handling end-to-end project including after the company goes public
- Conduct scenario analysis based on factors that would affect risk and recommend actions to mitigate the risks
- Build a database of potential partners/investors by reaching out to them
- Manage relationships with potential partners/investors
- Liaise with banks and several other financial institutions
- Negotiate the initial terms and conditions when forming a partnership
- Lead any fund raising activity
- Handle reporting and finance operations process
- Handle multiple entities financial report including the consolidation reporting process
- Total of at least 8-10 years of experience in related function
- Successful candidate has to come with IPO and/or M&A and/or fund-raising experience
- Strong leader with great skills in managing relevant stakeholders, internally and externally
- Combined experience of investment house / consulting and in-house multibusiness background
- Good consolidation report knowledge and experience
- Strong leadership background
- Ability to travel for business trips, 1-2x / year for a short period of time
