Leading a small team, you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations and partner with the Indonesia leadership team to develop programs covering multiple HR activities including driving attraction, retention, engagement, learning and development, DEI, Future of Work, performance management, and culture initiatives. You will also drive best practices, change management initiatives, and continuously strive to improve processes to ensure alignment with business objectives, strategies, and internal/external trends.
As the ideal candidate, you will have solid people/talent/HR-related experience ideally gained within a service-based industry or similar. You will have first-class written and verbal communication skills as well as an advanced ability to creatively, proactively, and persuasively influence company culture. A deep understanding of applicable employment law in Indonesia is required.
