Position Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial and accounting operations. The aim is to increase efficiency and profitability by providing meaningful oversight and value addition on finance results and using the findings to make improvements to the performance of the Business Area whilst focusing on the commercial as well as compliance and reporting side of the business.

Job Description
  • Developing and managing the accounting and finance departments of the entities in Indonesia.
  • Developing and managing the monthly financial and Board reporting of the entities in Indonesia.
  • Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports.
  • Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks.
  • Developing and Managing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law, finance, and tax regulations.
  • Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions.
  • Managing external banking relationships.
  • Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures & policies as per the PSAK / IFRS etc.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place.
  • Overseeing commercial decision-making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis, etc.
  • Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Solving technical accounting issues.
  • Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks.
  • Oversee Financial Systems and external providers of systems management and system upgrades.
  • Team Management, including mentoring and staff development.
  • Working closely with the Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas, and forecast opportunities.
  • Develop, support, and maintain close coordination with Group Finance team to align expectations and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, out of which 3 years in Big 4 firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with creating financial statements, Budgets, Forecasts, and BOD Reporting.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Results-oriented and metrics-driven.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to solve problems
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and dependability
  • Professional writing and oral communication skills.
  • Confident in presenting results to an audience.
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic and motivated personality with great multitasking.
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software like Oracle.
  • Bachelor's or Master's qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA
  • Experience working in the Healthcare Sector.
  • Having Tax Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
  • Willing to based in Bandung (HQ)
