POSITION OVERVIEW
This role requires you to engage closely with local leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy in support of business objectives, spanning across talent development, employee productivity, staffing, and engagement. You will report to the Asia HRBP and will be a key member of the HR team.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Able to start work in a manufacturing environment and ability to partner with the Commercial leader, Plant Manager and other functional leaders embedding strategic approach to the effective management of organization.
Align performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce a culture of high performance and innovation.
Champion career development and recognition initiatives to increase and sustain high level of employee engagement.
Drive and elevates employee engagement strategies and plans to create the best places to work within organizations.
Ensure HR initiatives and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness.
Balances corporate, function, geographic and business needs in deploying HR programs to the business.
Ensures employee relations issues are managed swiftly with a fair and disciplined approach.
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company rules.
Offer independent counselling and advice for all employees in HR matters and employment law issues.
Prepare and conduct all new employments, performance improvement plans, actions measures monthly payroll and terminations.
Work closely with Corporate and SEA Regional HR teams to ensure successful deployment and sustainment of various HR operational tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Degree in any related courses.
At least 3 years of working experience in HR functions. Â
Excellent communication, good problem solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Professional English Language Skills (verbal and written).
Experience working in MNC is an added advantage.
