Understanding in Hardware PC / Server Hardware
Understanding of market information systems and services
Understanding of Microsoft products (Office 365, exchange, active directory, windows server)
Understanding of client-server technologies
Understanding of telecommunications/networking (Cisco/HPN)
Knowledge of an Internet-related product, DNS, Web Server, and Internet self experiences
Understanding of common IT security policies.
