- Responsible for the flow end to end process of KOL / Influencer, start from sourcing, selection, dealing, briefing, and maintaining.
- Responsible to oversee and communicate from Brand pitching and the execution process of whole campaign.
- Approaching KOL / Influencer to be able to work together for campaigns, events, and regular communications.
- Determine the Scope of Work, price and cooperation contract with selected KOLs/Influencers.
- Able to negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Prepare creative concepts and briefs for KOLs/Influencers and communicate them to selected KOLs/Influencers.
- Monitoring and handling cooperation with selected KOLs/Infleuncers.
- Compile reports and collaboration results from KOLs / Influencers.
- Active to brain stroming and making campaign with KOLs/Influencer to increse the engagement.
- Responsible for the implementatiion of events held in e-commerce (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada/Tokopedia/etc).
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies and for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
- Analyze digital market trend, understand KOLs’ requirements and has the methodology to pitch them.
- Understand regarding KOLs daily operation and management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
- Have experience to handle endorsement with KOLs/Influencers is a must.
- Have negotiation ability, have high multitasking skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Have a KOLs & Influencer 's resource and databse
- Understand about live streaming, affliation, e-commerce.
- Have a good communication skill.
- Experienced in MCN operation and talent development and management, or if you are already a famous KOL who understands the whole process of live stream.
- Strong ownership and self-motivated
- Good at office soft-wares and able to do paper works
- Willing to work from office
- Fluent English is a must, can speak Mandarin will be a big plus
