Job Description
- Overseeing the customer services teams
- Training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives
- On-boarding and training new employees
- Setting customer satisfaction targets and working with the team to meet targets consistently
- Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs
- Developing Customer Service knowledge base
- Establishing customer service policies and procedures
- Staying updated on developments in the customer services field
- At least bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in customer service and leading a team. Worked in B2B field for CS is a plus.
- Solid experience in After sales service and Sales management.
- Good language skills in English & Ms.Office.
- Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs
- Continually drive effective results and outstanding problem solving skills.
- Used to work in tight deadline and under pressure.
- Mature, organized, outgoing, energetic and confident
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed.
