- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process from source search to onboarding
- Facilitate active and strategic thinking in proposing solutions to meet recruitment needs
- Ensuring recruitment is facilitated and implemented properly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Plan and implement Event Branding to support the hiring process
- Manage contract employee status and assessments each month
- Managing social media assets & recruitment sourcing portals
- Have 2 -3 years of experience in the field of recruitment specialist and graduated from a leading university with majors in Psychology or HR Management
- Have in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and branding strategies
- Have a interview skills and design graphic will be an advantage
- Experienced in the use of HRIS, ATS, Portal Sourcing and Recruitment tools
- Having the ability to analyze the results of psychological tests will be a consideration
- Digital savvy
