Job Responsibilities:
- Run schedule cost quarterly with the latest update BOM, Routing, RM Price, and Activity Price
- Ensure inventory-related entries, i.e COGI, Variance, stocktake adjustments are relevant and aligned with company policy and procedure.
- Support Factory Accounting Manager on key monthly closing for cycle allocation, reviewing adjustment entry, and variance calculation.
- Responsible for timely review of inventory valuation and master data take necessary actions if needed to secure data reliability.
- Supervise documentation and data validation for inventory and fixed asset
- Prepare and Review necessary accruals for factory costs are made and accountable
- Assist Factory Accounting Manager to handle SAP-PC (Product Costing) and leasing project.
- Support cost study, import tire cost, and audit-related data.
- Other duties and responsibilities in product costing field that might be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience in the manufacturing industry with a complex problem around 5 years
- Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, FI, CO Modules with enough experience in a complex manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong Knowledge in Excel and SAP especially MM, PP, FI, and CO Modules
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong Presentation Skill
- Hands-on and proactive management style to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
