Job Description :
- Report production status (actual and deviation)
- Report and communicate quality status in axle, engine, and powertrain area
- Responsible for controlling the assembly process of axle, engine and powertrain and communicate and report if there is any deviation
- Control and report daily the TPM of equipment and tools in axle, engine, and powertrain area
- Report and create improvement in axle, engine, and powertrain area
- Monitor the daily consumption of all consumable in axle, engine, and powertrain area and report to engineering if there is any deviation
- Lead and responsible for internal process of axle, engine, and powertrain assembly
- Manage the coating (paint and waxing) and rework process of axle
- Promote and improve process quality in production
- Lead and initiate RCA activity in axle, engine, and powertrain area
- Control and ensure that production workers follow MBAG guideline and standard
- Become trainer / replicator in production area for any new workers
- Promote improvement activity (Suggestion System & Best Practice)
- Control placement of hazardous materials to ensure proper storage and expiration date in axle, engine, and powertrain area
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-3 years of experience in automotive industry
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Has good english skill (written and verbal)
- Work Location : Wanaherang, Gunng Putri - Kab. Bogor
