- At least 7-8 years of Product/Brand Management
- Personal Care experience is a must
- Prior product launch and development experience would be a strong value add
Our client is a leading consumer goods company with a diverse product portfolio and looking to expand its personal care portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate brand positioning, pricing, promotion, and branding strategy when entering the market that meets sizable demands
- Drive sales through effective branding and Marketing campaigns across distribution channels
- Work closely with Trade Marketing team to support trade promotion and activation
- Collaborate with third parties and internal key stakeholders to lead planning and flawless
- Strategize the promotional budget for each brand
- Grow and develop a high performing Brand Management team
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
- At least 10 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry
- Prior personal care experience is highly preferred.
- Strong brand management skills & analytical thinking.
- Positive mindset and result oriented.
- Able to work independently, proactive, & problem solver.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Highly interpersonal and motivated.
