YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and managing the current partnership with private sector, government, International Financial Institution and other potential partners to strengthen the ecosystem
- Setting up the potential partners to be on board in the BLF areas to solve the needs of the smallholder farmers
- Developing and monitoring the KPI of the partnership
- Cross function collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Develop Better Life Farming Centers (BLFCs) Ecosystem with the team, partners, cross function and align with the commercial program/strategy as well
- Providing the progress of the partnership through measurable and clear variable including the impact of the collaboration to the partners.
- Bachelor's degree with agricultural background
- At least 5 years field experience (agricultural networking, partnership and marketing)
- Good knowledge on the channel management, supply chain and network in agriculture
- Good knowledge on agronomy and communication skill
- Microsoft Program (PPT, Excel, etc.)
- English proficiency (speaking)
