- Leverage on your existing client network, identifying potential business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
- Conduct market mapping of the industry landscape to strategize commercial plans moving forward
- Take ownership in end-to-end sales process and take responsibility of revenue stream
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams both within the country and regionally to support business operations
- Absorb market insights and implement them to internal strategies to boost company performance
- Lead and manage an initial team of 1-2 Sales Executives
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields
- At least 7 years of working experience within the B2B IT Industry, with at least 2 years within the Data Center industry
- A proven track record in solution selling to Enterprises and Digital Native companies
- Excellent knowledge about the local Data Center industry landscape
- Excellent communication and presentations skills - both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experienced in leading a team, coaching team members accordingly
- Driven and hands-on individual with a self-starter attitude
