We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in Manager, Business Development.
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to be the point of contact for VISTRA with our clients.
Scope:
- Delivery of agreed new business revenue;
- Develop new markets, products and services;
- Develop sales and commercial operational strategies to increase clienteles growth;
- Development/evolution of, and adherence to, business development strategy and plans;
- Development of productive relationships with wider Vistra Group staff and intermediaries;
- Adherence to risk management and compliance requirements and company policy and procedures;
- Develop relevant technical and product knowledge;
- Uphold the Vistra values, act as a role model for the team and represent self internally and externally with the highest standards of professionalism.
- Carry out individual and team business development strategy in key markets and sectors.
- Meet activity targets for number of meetings etc.
- Operate within agreed cost budgets
- Contribute to overall strategy for business development covering key business lines.
- Create programme of activities in accordance with agreed budget.
- Contribute to wider Marketing plan and PR strategy.
- Participate in local activities and social media strategy
- Remain fully aware of and comply with personal and Vistra's obligations under all applicable law, regulatory requirements and regulatory guidance notes, in particular to anti money laundering, tax evasion and the countering terrorist financing
- Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communications;
- High level of initiative;
- Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments;
- Preferably degree holder in relevant discipline;
- Strong technical knowledge of the corporate services industry;
- Strong sales and closing skills;
- Good knowledge of the regulatory and compliance regime.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the same field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Law or Economics is preferred
