- Drive the product vision, strategy and delivery for both existing and new products for their SaaSline. Creating your own roadmap and communicate the vision and goals to stakeholders and users; reporting to CTFO.
- Solve customer needs and build business context with various stakeholders across teams and functions
- Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of product capital spend against budget
- Stategize plan for growth and customer acquisition as well as retention
- Create and develop new products as you have the freedom in bringing your product vision to life
- Build world-class product management team by guiding and mentoring APMs & PMs across various backgrounds
- Strategize development and communication of company's brand value to customers and partners.
- A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management. Overseas graduate is a plus
- 3+ years of product/project management experience (minimum of 2+ years in product)
- Strong understanding on the SaaS ecosystem/business; plus points if you has B2B centric mindset is a plus
- Has strong business acumen, especially in B2B sector.
- Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
- Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gather insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must.
- Passion for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
- Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
- Be the first product person on the company where you will define your own roadmap
