- Manage the distribution and logistics process to achieve the desire customer service goals through the 3rd party service provider under the general supervision of the Senior Manager, SEA Distribution
- Explore any opportunity of new logistics techniques, transportation mode & distribution route in improving service to customers & reducing total logistics cost
- Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. Drive in market new projects implementation.
- Manage and Responsible for all operation process (Export/Import/Outbound/Inbound/Return Process etc) from each account/vendor/channel/regional/3PL to achieve a company goals
- Ensure the implementation and execution of import, export, logistics and distribution activities in collaboration with other key roles within the affiliated countries to meet the operational KPI’s
- Contract management – Ensure that both parties (3PL and LS Indo) act within the bounds of the contract: this includes ensuring we are billed properly and that 3PL is living up to their commitments.
- Lead partner selection and negotiations by leveraging disciplined procurement timelines and industry best practices.
- Build relationship with key external 3PL partners, while managing performance across various predefined KPI's
- Work proactively with multiple internal functions to improve ways of working and connectedness.
- Successfully develop and represent the team, while building a strong culture of ownership and accountability.
- Participate and contribute to the development and delivery of the organizational capabilities required for the sustained achievement of the business goals
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Export/Import, Logistics managerial position.
- Bachelor graduate preferably from Management / Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of the regulations on export/import in the country
- Understand the end-to-end warehousing /logistics processes and best practices within Indonesia
- Managerial capabilities
- Understand and able to use SAP and other Warehouse Management System
- Ability to understand key supply chain metric and ability to analyze distribution expense and create business cases
