· Plan and deploy security personals within the team and shift.
· Plan and deploy coverage for all access points as assigned to ensure no unauthorized entry / prohibited articles.
· Guide Security Controllers as adhered to operating procedures and even stand in duties as required
· Monitor CCTV coverage within hotel property
· Lobby static duty
· Patrol guest floor and heart of house and check entry and exit points
· Ensure access point security system are in working order, and if not, to raise maintenance reports
· Respond to incident where Security assistance is required such as noise pollution, medical case, disputes, lost & found items and enquiries
· Perform First Aid/CPR/AED if required
· Respond to lock/safe assistance
· Provide cash escort
· Train and guide new security controllers on security operations, Lost & Found procedures and hotel policies
· Walk through and provide essential Security & Safety information on emergency or evacuation plans with various government agencies or potential guests
· Supervise and assist in escort and lift control for VIPs
· Keep management inform of any emergency crisis. Manage all emergency personnel in response to such crisis
· Work closely with the various departments during evacuation
Work Experience
· At least 2 years relevant experience in hotels at a supervisory level
· Minimum Officer Certification required by local authorities (Gada Pratama)
· Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Certificate
· Possess occupational CPR and AED
· Basic Fire Fighting
· First Aid Management
· Knowledge in Fire Prevention & Protection of Building
· Conversant with the various systems in Hotel Security Room
· Ability to analyze situation and give clear instructions or guides
