Job Description AYOPOP is Indonesia’s fastest growing mobile commerce platform for digital products such as Phone credit (Pulsa), Internet Data Package, Token Listrik, and other. Founded in early 2016 it aims to simplify the lives of millions of Indonesians who need it's products regularly. Ayopop is driven by a dynamic, international team with backgrounds from Lazada, Times Internet India, Boston Consulting Group, MNC Equities and other.
We are currently looking for a strong candidate to drive HR and Admin. This role will be responsible for shaping the HR department and support with important daily tasks.
Reporting directly to one of the founders you will:
- Support founders with job postings, search for ideal new candidates, organization of interview process and follow-up
- Meet new candidates and conduct initial first-round interviews
- Maintain company profile at job-search websites and linkedin
- Support and drive other admin-related tasks
- Highly communicative, organized, reliable and on time
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
- Able to proactively think ahead, come up with new ideas and improve existing situation
- Able to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
- Prior work / internship experience in at least 1-3 companies, ideally in a HR/ Admin setting
- Experience in multinational company environment or ideally studied/ worked in other countries
