You are responsible for
Ecommerce sales specialists responsible to achieve sales quotas, development and optimization of sales via digital channels.
Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing the e-fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.
Applies existing and new methods/procedures.
Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Fully qualified professionals who have advanced beyond entry level.
Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Has working knowledge of company products and services.
Frequently interacts with functional peer groups.
Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
4-7 years of proven track record in the area of Online sales.
Knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape and their drivers.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel.
Preferably background in fast moving or durable goods business or retail as direct business.
Working experience in digital media and/or on-line retail is a plus.
Good command of English & Bahasa Indonesia.
