1. Attend meetings as described and provide feedback and suggestions to improve safety and Service Quality
2. To conduct preparation of service job, repair & installation including required technician, tools, parts, consumable and etc.
3. To conduct inspection, check & maintenance of machine, tools, equipment, facility, etc.
4. Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Accident or Incident
5. To record, monitor and track the status update of the goods process from adhoc, SO create, Po create, ordering notification, GRN, delivery notes flow.
6. Become a contact center (online or phone) for customer needs, as well as record and update customer complaints from the date of entry so that they are completed (complaint funnel) and update the progress and action point at the weekly branch meeting
7. Direct Reporting to Branch Manager Kalimantan
Requirements :
Educational Background :
- Diploma / SMK Majoring in Technical or have experience at relevant field
Experience :
- A minimum of five ( 5 ) Years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance or relevant
- Previous experience with Heavy equipment and mining will be advantageous
Technical Knowledge & Skill :
- Basic SHEQ ( Safety, Health, Environment & Quality )
- Understanding of Epiroc product knowledge align with his/her technical competence.
- Abiliyt to use the email application and Microsoft office application
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English in oral and written.
- Basic knowledge computer program (Word, Excel and power point)
