Job Responsibilities:
- Keep record of all mails received using the computer system in a particular order to be able to identify date of receipt, where and whom it was sent to for easy identification;
- Sort packages and group them into different categories for easy dispatch and safe handling;
- Maintain stationery dashboard request and distributing to the employee;
- Manage stock of office stationery and pantry supplies by performing monthly stock opname;
- To assist in the ordering of stationery and pantry supplies;
- Perform variety of administrative duties, which includes scanning, and documents filing.
- D3 (Diploma) or Bachelor Degree in any fields with proven work experience as a Personal Assistant and Administrator or similar role;
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures;
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
