- Monitoring relevant regulatory/policy issues, conducting analysis, and providing strategic advice/direction for senior management
- Developing and executing stakeholder engagement and corporate affairs strategies to achieve a positive brand image
- Representing the company to external stakeholders
- Establishing and managing relationships with regional and central government agencies, key players in agri-food industry, media, and communities
- Developing and implementing crisis communication and management strategies
- Being involved in product marketing and advertising to ensure alignment with business/regulations
- Creating and contributing to sustainability initiatives and programs
- Frequent travel to sites, including to Sumatra
The candidate should possess: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in law is a must
- Minimum 12 years of experience in regulatory affairs/legal/corporate communications in relevant field (i.e. agriculture, natural resources, fishery, plantation, etc)
- Minimum 6 years of experience at managerial position
- In-depth understanding of agriculture and food manufacturing regulations
- Good relationship with relevant regulatory agencies
- Strong and proven leadership skills with ability to solve complex issues
