We are looking for Solution Manager IT Automation based in Jakarta.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Manage the portfolio of IT Automation solutions by providing planning, implementation, delivery, control and continuous improvement.
- Build a solution vision and roadmap that supports business strategies; clearly articulating the expected business outcomes, timelines and accountabilities.
- Lead the communication and escalation strategy with the customers, suppliers & internal service partners to ensure alignment of operational plans and to maximize the effectiveness of the IT Services or IT processes in meeting the current and future needs of the business.
- Anticipate customer needs and set the strategic direction for the supported IT service domains including the introduction of new services, evolution of existing services and retirement of obsolete services to meet the current and future needs of PMI.
- Ensure solution alignment with the Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices, as well as non-functional requirements are included in the Solution delivery pipeline/backlog and are prioritized according to their criticality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT related studies
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology/Digital B2C domain or Business Function
- Experience in Multinational Company and Project Management
- Have initial understanding of key IT delivery processes and business processes
- Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
- Knowledge on IT automation capabilities including cloud computing (AWS) would be an advantage
- Will be an advantage if have professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership)
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
