- Managing the end to end human resources life-cycle from recruitment to termination
- Able to create and develop HR policies and strategies
- Maintaining collaborative action between organizational function and management
- Handling administrative duties within HR including but not limited to roster leave, allowances, and day to day HR activities
- Maintaining and taking actions in relation to industrial and government relations (disnaker)
- Handling the General Affairs division
In order to be a successful candidate, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years within the HR function, 3 years within the managerial role
- Previous experience in mining companies, especially in Sumatera area
- Experienced in handling GA for mining (driver, laundry, mess, security) and IR for site (negotiations, dispute management)
- Proven experience in creating strategies and planning for HR division
- Candidate will be working in a roster-system of 8/2
- Candidate will be the top HR position within the mining site
- Candidate will be working in a stable industry
- Candidate will be able to create and run HR programs
