Account Manager (Indonesia)
As Maker Lab continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for an Account Manager to help us with our next phase as we develop our operations, studio and client account management across APAC and EMEA. You’ll be working with our Brand Lead to manage and nurture client accounts and relationships, manage projects smoothly and build synergies between internal business functions and external clients. You will also support the Brand Lead with seizing new business opportunities through our Maker Lab approach.
You are responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations, project management and growth. You’ll help safeguard and support our activities and profitability to drive sustainable development. Role:
- Support all strategic and operational business initiatives, including but not limited to: business planning, communication, financial control, and client and team management operations.
- Support new business streams and the productisation of business offerings for scalable growth.
- You’ll be responsible for driving all projects from start to end, scoping the right resources for differing project types - e.g. social, digital, print, and video production.
- Clarifying project requirements, internalising briefs and working with clients to improve project objectives where required.
- Keeping track of timelines and ensuring everything runs smoothly; keeping all involved stakeholders and team members aware of the progress and any shortfalls.
- Managing and communicating changes to the scope, schedule and costs and escalating to management as and when needed.
- Identifying areas where we can push the brief or the teams further to achieve even better business outcomes/objectives
- 5+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy or in-house team, well versed with account/project management, marketing, and creative processes.
- Strong communication with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to senior management.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development through strong analytical and financial acumen with an ability to think “end-to-end”.
- Possess critical thinking skills coupled with process improvement ability to build systems, processes and procedures from the ground up in a start-up environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Motivate, inspire and have a high tolerance and appreciation for navigating through ambiguity.
- Create high-level presentations and be comfortable presenting to senior management.
